We can mould chevron profiles onto any base belt up to 3000mm wide in our rubber plant and offer various chevron patterns, suited to specific machinery and applications in the arduous industry. This includes out-feed belts for waste shredding machines, grinders and screeners.
We keep a vast supply of sidewalls in stock, which are frequently used for our recycling and waste processing belts. Our corrugated sidewall belts are ideal for high capacity conveyance and for use at materials recovery facilities. This includes eddy current belts, designed to separate non-ferrous materials from non-metallic material, where the sidewalls prevent material spillages and increase the load-carrying capacity.
Our heavy duty cleats are moulded onto our rubber belts supplied to overband magnet belts, designed to provide the highest possible material recovery rates in the toughest of environments. We provide a full manufacturing and installation job for some of the leading original equipment manufacturers in the industry.
We offer PVG and PU material up to 3m wide for picking and optical sorting machines in the waste processing industry. These 3 ply anti-static belts are suited for accumulation applications and offers good directional stability from the smooth satin top cover. We supply the belts for some of the market leaders in sorting applications, such as Titech and Aladin.
