Flat Rubber Belts

A wide variety of rubber belts are available for any conveying situation, including heat, oil, flame retardance and also abrasion resistance. Widths of up to 3000mm wide are stocked.

Moulded Cleated Belts

An Apex speciality for many years, cleated belts offer increased capacity, enable conveying on inclines and prevent product rollback. Apex fabricates and hot moulds cleats in a wide variety and styles up to 3000mm wide.

Chevron Belts

An ideal choice for high-capacity conveying, chevron cleated belts are often found on the discharge conveyors of large grinders and shredders. Apex can also hot mould chevron patterns to most rubber base belts up to 3000mm wide.

Corrugated Sidewalls

Corrugated sidewall belts are ideal for high capacity, steep incline conveying. They are frequently used in applications to carry material from the tipping floor to the sorting lines.

Waste Shredder Belts

Apex Belting manufactures high-quality belts for the recycling industry from its modern rubber fabricating facility. Out-feed belts for waste shredding machines are manufactured from rubber belts with hot moulded chevrons to suit specific machine types.

Overband Magnet Belts

Hot moulded, heavy-duty cleats available on any base belt, widths up to 3m. Belts can be manufactured endless or with stainless steel mechanical fasteners, stock rolls are also available.

Eddy Current Belts

Available in PVC, PU and our unique rip-resistant PVG belting. Fabricated with various heights of hard-wearing PU sidewall, cleats and guides. Belts are produced endless or with mechanical fasteners.

Optical Sorting

3 ply PVC belt available from stock up to 3m wide. 5mm thick 75 shore, hard-wearing, rip-resistant top cover. Suitable for Titech, Aladin and Gemini sorting machines.
